Wheat flour, skim milk powder, whole egg powder, salt, lactose, palm oil, spice.

Preparation
To prepare thin pancakes: Product: Water: Oil:
8 - 10 pieces with 12cm / 3 - 4 units with 30 cm 100 g 3.5 L 10 mL
To prepare frying batter: Product: Beer: Oil:
250 g 100 g 140 mL 100 mL
Directions

1. Dissolve required amount of powder into cold water while stirring well with a whisk.
2. Add oil.
3. Season to taste and mix well before use.

Storage

Keep in a cool, dry place.

How to enhance this product

According to taste with whole egg, melted butter, (whipped) cream, salt, seasonings, herbs, spices, sugar etc.

For piccata: blend dough with grated cheese.
